Kimmie Fay, a skincare enthusiast with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, has always been driven by the science behind healthy skin. A graduate of The University of Aesthetics in Chicago, she became a Licensed Esthetician in 2012 and has since provided expert skincare across major cities like Chicago, Austin, Atlanta, New York City, Los Angeles, and Memphis.
As the visionary behind seven twentyseven skincare, Kimmie has built her studio around the core principle of ingredient transparency and client education. She believes skincare should be personalized, with each product serving a specific, science-backed purpose.
When she’s not geeking out over the latest skincare formulations or sharing her expert advice, you’ll find Kimmie curled up with a good book or enjoying time with loved ones.

Esthetician and Lash Artist
Kali is a talented Licensed Esthetician and Lash Artist with a passion for promoting skin health and maintaining barrier integrity. After a successful 10-year career in modeling, she found her true calling in esthetics, where she now excels at helping clients feel confident in their skin.
A devoted wife and mother, Kali lives by the mantra, “Be happy with what you have, while working for what you want,” bringing a balanced and thoughtful approach to both her personal and professional life.

Skylar brings fresh energy to the skincare industry with her passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Known for creating a warm, inviting environment, Skylar ensures that every visit is a relaxing experience where you can trust your skin is in capable, caring hands.
Coming from a beauty professional family, Skylar has a deep-rooted understanding of the industry. When she’s not working her magic in the studio, she’s a proud fur mom to two beautiful golden retrievers.
