KIMMIE
Founder and Esthetician
Kimmie Fay’s journey in skincare began in 1996 at a beauty counter in her hometown of Austin, TX, where she discovered her passion for helping people feel confident in their skin. This early experience led her to study Biochemistry at The University of Texas at Austin, deepening her understanding of skin health at a scientific level.
She later earned her esthetics license from The University of Aesthetics in Chicago, IL, laying the foundation for her career in advanced skincare.
Before fully dedicating herself to esthetics, Kimmie spent years as a Flight Attendant for SkyWest and Delta Air Lines, traveling the world and gaining a deeper appreciation for human connection.
Over the years, she has treated clients in Chicago, Austin, Atlanta, New York City, Los Angeles, and Memphis, continuously refining her expertise in skin physiology and customized treatments.
Kimmie’s approach to skincare is deeply rooted in science, education, and a personalized touch. She believes that healthy skin is a journey, not a quick fix, and she remains dedicated to helping clients achieve real, lasting results.

Esthetician and Lash Artist
Kali is a talented Licensed Esthetician and Lash Artist with a passion for promoting skin health and maintaining barrier integrity. After a successful 10-year career in modeling, she found her true calling in esthetics, where she now excels at helping clients feel confident in their skin.
A devoted wife and mother, Kali lives by the mantra, “Be happy with what you have, while working for what you want,” bringing a balanced and thoughtful approach to both her personal and professional life.

Skylar brings fresh energy to the skincare industry with her passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Known for creating a warm, inviting environment, Skylar ensures that every visit is a relaxing experience where you can trust your skin is in capable, caring hands.
Coming from a beauty professional family, Skylar has a deep-rooted understanding of the industry.
When she’s not working her magic in the studio, she’s a proud fur mom to two beautiful golden retrievers.
